Questions about a kit, help with an installation, a problem with an order — write to us and a person reads it. We are three people in France, so the reply comes from someone who can actually do something about it.

Worth a look below first: the common cases have their own form, which asks for what we need up front and saves the exchange of emails that would otherwise follow.

Before you write

Where is my order right now?

Your tracking number and current status are on our order tracking page — enter the order number from your confirmation email. It updates before we could answer you, so start there.

Nothing showing yet? A parcel takes a day or two to appear in the carrier's system after it leaves us.

A part is dead or never arrived. What now?

We ship a replacement and you keep the faulty part — returning a single LED costs more than the part is worth.

For a component that does not work, run the quick checks on our faulty components page first: a connector that is not fully seated explains most reported faults. For something that never made it into the box, go to missing components.

Will this kit fit my LEGO set?

Only the set it was made for. Every kit is built around one model — the cable lengths and the position of each light are worked out for that build — and the set number sits right in the product title.

Search your set number in the shop. Nothing there? Tell us which one. The sets people ask for most are the ones we develop next.

Where does my order come from, and when does it land?

From our own stock in Europe, which is the whole point: no three-week wait from Asia. Orders are prepared within a few business days, then delivery usually runs 7 to 10 days depending on where you are.

You get a tracking number the moment the parcel leaves. Outside the EU, your country may levy charges of its own on arrival — those are set by your customs authority, not by us.

What will delivery cost me?

It depends where you are, and it is free above our order threshold. The exact amount appears at checkout before you pay — the details are on our shipping and returns page.

How hard is the installation?

Manageable, and every kit comes with instructions written for that exact set. Routing the cables neatly is most of the work, so take your time on your first one — it is far easier to do it properly than to redo it.

Our installation guides walk through it, and they are the first place to look if something does not light up.

What do I plug it into?

One USB cable, into a wall adapter or any USB socket. That is the only wire you need to hide.

A power bank works too, with one catch: LED kits draw so little current that most power banks assume nothing is connected and cut out after about thirty seconds. For a display that stays lit, use a wall adapter.

What if I change my mind?

Yes. EU consumer law gives you 14 days to change your mind. We give you 30, from the day the parcel arrives, no reason required — opened or not. You are allowed to look at what you bought. Return postage is yours if you simply changed your mind.

Separately, every kit is covered for two years. If the order arrived damaged or a part is missing, do not use the return route — report it here and we replace it at our cost.
