Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of your payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
The times below apply once the order has been shipped. They are given as an indication only and may vary depending on the destination and the dispatching warehouse:
In accordance with Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the absence of an agreed date, we undertake to deliver your order within a maximum of 30 days from the time it is confirmed.
As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number that allows you to follow your parcel through to delivery.
For deliveries within the European Union, no customs charges or additional taxes apply: the prices displayed are final.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are borne by the recipient and are not included in the price of the products or in the shipping costs. We encourage you to check with your country's customs authorities before ordering.
In accordance with Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you at the time you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the products.
If your parcel never reaches you, or if you receive a damaged item, contact our customer service: we guarantee that your order will be resent at our expense, under the conditions set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may be charged to you. We cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery resulting from an inaccurate address.
