If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Refunds Policy
We accept returns up to 07 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@brightmybricks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

Yes! We offer free shipping on order over 80€. Only one or more bottles of wine listed on our Premium, Last Chance or Cellar offerings can be combined for free shipping.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If your order contains any Archives item(s), please allow an additional 2-3 business days to process. Archives items will be shipped separately from regular items
