Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

We offer a 120-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@brightmybricks.com. Returns must be sent to the address provided by email after your request has been reviewed.

 

If your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to return your package. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. eligibility requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, not installed, with all original accessories and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide your proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You are responsible for shipping your item to our warehouse address, which we will provide to you via email.

5. refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
