We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. If you choose to return an item at your own initiative, you are welcome to do so, but return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the order amount minus the return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at support@brightmybricks.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
